Cpl is recruiting for a Non profit Organisation seeking a HR Recruitment Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is based in Dublin 2 with a hybrid working policy and a 35-hour working week.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns, including temporary and emergency staffing.
2. Liaise with internal HR/OD Business Partners and Hiring Managers to determine recruitment processes, advertising strategies, and timelines.
3. Screen applications, prepare candidate shortlists, and manage interview scheduling and communications.
4. Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and transparent process.
5. Maintain compliance with legal and policy frameworks, including data protection and recruitment regulations.
6. Document and standardise processes in line with public sector guidelines.
7. Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and government departments.
8. Support financial and operational tasks, including raising purchase orders, budget management, and collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers.
Requirements
10. 3+ years' experience in Recruitment or HR Administration, ideally with exposure to temporary staffing.
11. Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
12. Strong experience in liaising with external agencies and senior stakeholders.
13. Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain operational processes and documentation.
14. Practical experience in financial administration, including purchase orders and budget tracking.
15. Excellent analytical, administrative, and organisational skills.
16. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
17. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
18. Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
