A well-established Law Firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a Maternity Cover contract (approx months) to join its busy Real Estate/Property team.

About the Role
Based in Dublin 4, the successful candidate will provide essential secretarial and administrative support to the Real Estate fee earners, including:
* Managing mailboxes
* Preparing and amending a variety of legal documents
* Drafting replies to Objections and Pre-Contract Enquiries.
* Handling dictations
* Effectively prioritising a busy workload.
* Screening calls and maintaining detailed records.
* Scheduling and coordinating the secure storage of title deeds.
* Scanning and managing bundles of title documents.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in conveyancing or property law
* Experience drafting bespoke documents
* Organisational skills.
* Experience with case management systems is preferred
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* A professional, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
* Strong IT skills across all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
