Insurance Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insurance Manager to lead our team in Kerry. This role will involve managing the day-to-day running of the office, delivering on team and individual sales targets, and supporting your team to hit sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.
About the Role:
* Manage the operational activities of the office and drive team performance to meet sales targets
* SUPPORT YOUR TEAM TO ACHIEVE SALES GOALS ACROSS VARIOUS LINES OF BUSINESS
* Lead and mentor your team members
* Help your team achieve and exceed targets
* Build strong relationships with customers and prospects, particularly in the Commercial and Agri sectors
* Develop and maintain a client portfolio
* Work closely with regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers
* E nsure processes are smooth and compliant with company standards
* Monitor team performance and sales activity
* PARTICIPATE IN LOCAL NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Requirements:
* CIP qualification
* People management or team leadership experience
* Strong background in sales and relationship management
* Able to motivate and manage a team
* Organized, natural leader, and great people skills
* Confident in managing sales performance and setting goals
* Fully licensed driver
* Effective communicator and mentor
* Results-driven and goal-focused
* Business acumen and commercial awareness
