Job Overview
Position: Labour Planner (Production) – 24/7 shift. Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. Company: Keelings (Client: Occupop).
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and monitor execution of labour for detailed production plans within a 24/7 production environment in conjunction with the Operations Team.
Prepare analysis of labour required for mid‑to‑long‑term planning.
Deliver required skills and resources while ensuring compliance with relevant Working Time legislation across multiple business units.
Implement change management and assist with testing, troubleshooting, and process mapping.
Manage reporting, present metrics achieved, and identify key actions required.
Upload weekly payroll, worked hours, and breakdowns of skill sets and absence types for agency and Keelings workers.
Maintain staff records and perform Working Time Directive reviews and controls for mid‑/long‑term planning.
Conduct monthly audits and coordinate logistic transport and accommodation requirements, liaising with recruitment for third‑party agency staffing levels.
Execute any other relevant duties as deemed appropriate by the Company.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in spoken and written English.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proven problem‑solving abilities.
Fast learner, self‑initiated, able to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone manner.
Team‑player mentality.
Competency with PC, e‑mail and MS Excel.
Desirable
Existing transport licence CPC.
At least one year’s experience in a Labour Planning role.
Working Conditions
Flexible working patterns – 24/7 operation, 7 days a week; required to work any five of the seven days.
Flexibility to work outside the standard shift and additional hours as required.
