You will lead an Operational team, delivering improvements in operations, ensuring project key performance metrics at met, and within budget. You will be responsible for ensuring the projects are operated safely and efficiently, and meet the companies goals.Key Responsibilities:Operations: Lead and manage all operational functions across multiple telecom projects. Ensure all projects are undertaken safely, on time, within scope, on budget.Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety, quality and environmental standards and company and client policies and procedures.Finance: Ensure that all operations meet forecast and business plans. Responsible for profit and loss management ensuring financial targets are met. Ensure financial control and management of projects through their life cycle, including Financial Work In Progress.Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Resource Planning: Ensure projects are adequately resourced with the relevant skilled resource to meet key performance indicators.Stakeholder management: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers.
