Call on supermarkets, greengrocers, and independent retailers within your territory to grow sales and strengthen relationships
Engage with store owners, managers, and staff to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations
Deliver excellent customer service with a hands-on approach in store
Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
Develop & maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and proactive communication
Review store layouts, merchandising, and stock levels to ensure our products are well-presented and available
Collect and analyse customer feedback to support continuous improvement for both their business and ours
Accurately record call notes, orders, and opportunities in our CRM system (HubSpot)
Work closely with the broader sales team to create strategies that drive product awareness and sustainable growth
Skills & Experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly in face-to-face settings
Prior experience in FMCG, grocery, supermarket sales/merchandising or cabinetry/ cabinet makers will be highly regarded
Confident, professional manner with the ability to influence decision makers at store level
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage a territory effectively
Results-driven and self-motivated, with a proactive work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within your region
A willingness to learn and continuously grow with the business
