Business Development Manager - Security Solutions (CCTV / Access Control)
Location: Republic of Ireland (Ideally based within commuting distance of Dublin)
The Company:
Our client is a global player in the commercial security sector, offering a full suite of access control, CCTV, and integrated security solutions for large commercial buildings and manufacturing facilities. With a multi-million international turnover, they are now expanding their well-established team in the Irish market. They are looking to appoint a new sales professional to drive growth across the Republic of Ireland. With strong backing and a long-term strategy in place, this is a great opportunity to join at ground level and help build the Irish operation.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for selling end-to-end security systems, including CCTV, access control, monitoring platforms, and integrated security solutions. Your target market will be large commercial premises, industrial sites, manufacturing plants, and similar high-value environments.
This is a nan account management role; however, you’ll also focus on identifying and securing long-term opportunities. Sales cycles are typically longer and involve selling at the C-suite and senior management level. You’ll have autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by an experienced technical and operations team.
What We're Looking For:
Background in security systems, CCTV, access control, or building technology solutions is essential
Experience selling into commercial or industrial end-users
Confident selling at C-level and managing long sales cycles
Professional, self‑motivated, and well‑organised
Must be based in ROI, ideally within reach of Dublin
