Main responsibilities include leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with problem-solving teams, and performing laboratory experiments. Continuous improvement initiatives and documentation preparation according to GDP and site procedures are also key aspects of this role.
Requirements for success include a BSc/MSc qualification, at least 3 years' industry experience, and proven achievements in a team setting. Desired skills include Empower3, Astra, SAP, and Project Management Professional (PMP).
