Job Description:
As a Legal Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.
* Office Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the office, including facilities management, supplies, and maintenance.
* Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
* Post & Deliveries: Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and external deliveries efficiently.
* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal groups such as IT and HR to facilitate effective communication.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV equipment as required.
* Office Point of Contact: Act as a central point of contact for all internal queries and processes.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the business, ensuring seamless operations.
