As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering an enjoyable and seamless dining experience for every guest.
Working as part of a supportive and energetic team, you'll provide attentive, professional service in a fast-paced restaurant environment while taking pride in doing things the right way.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu knowledge and recommendations where appropriate
Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring presentation, timing, and guest satisfaction are always a priority
Set up, clear, and reset tables to restaurant standards, maintaining a clean and inviting environment
Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth, well-paced service
Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and with care, taking ownership to resolve issues where possible
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and compliant workplace
