Job Description As the Product Compliance Manager, you be responsible for ensuring that TOMRA Food's sorting equipment complies with all relevant product and quality regulations across global markets.
This role supports both new product development and legacy product management, driving compliance excellence across the full portfolio product line.
Reporting to the VP, Head of Solutions Shared Services, this role is a key part of the TOMRA Food team, responsible for driving compliance excellence, process improvement, and harmonisation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Compliance Management: Ensure TOMRA Food's products meet global regulatory and safety standards.
Maintain and manage product data critical for compliance and associated functions.
Assess live product portfolios against current standards and legislation.
Ensure compliance with global regulations, including: CE (MSD, LVD, EMC, RED); US (UL, FDA, OSHA, NFPA).
Act as liaison between product engineers, manufacturers, and test labs.
Support the development of product documentation, labelling and instructions.
Complete mandatory compliance reports (, machine file for CE, FDA, EAC).
Communicate compliance status throughout the product lifecycle.
Influence US (UL, FDA, OSHA, NFPA), and related directives, regulations and international standards.
Experience working with third parties to provide testing, services, etc.
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams across the organisation.
Excellent English communication skills, additional languages are a plus.
