Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, maintaining a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while upholding quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining project timelines and ensuring work flow of sub-contractors is aligned with the programme of works.
* Implementing Health & Safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Contributing to the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role with main contractors.
* Trade background, qualification or construction-related qualification.
* Able to work on various types of fit-out projects.
