The position offers excellent scope for progression, ongoing training, and the chance to work on high-impact projects using cutting-edge technologies.Please note - applicants need to have a Stamp 4 or to have unrestricted full working rights for IrelandFor further information reach out to(email protected)RoleLead and guide Mechatronic team in support of assigned projects.Be mentor and advisor to Mechatronic team, ensure company processes and systems are followed at all times by the Mechatronic team.Design and development of automated equipment to meet customer requirements, owning design elements from concept to project delivery.3D and 2D design and detailing (using Solidworks)Project Documentation (Technical document creation, review, and control)Ensure project requirements are reviewed and understood and agreed with the customer.Plan and prioritise work, across multiple projects, and ensure completion.Work with multi-discipline teams to achieve project and company goals.Collaborate with project teams, sharing knowledge and working on problem solving.Contribute to continuous improvement within the department and across the business3D Design of Mechatronic equipment including mechanism; transfer systems, servo systems, robotics, pneumatics, electrical equipment and machine guardingDocument the project and manage the change controlFollow our quality management system in accordance with ISO9001RequirementsMinimum of a Bachelors in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer Science or equivalent8+ Years of industry experienceIndustry experience with preference for Rockwell Studio 5000, FT View, Ignition, Siemens TIA Portal/Step7, OSI PI Historian, VBA.Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and GAMP an advantageCisco Networking qualification and/or VMware or equivalent qualification an advantageKnowledge of Robotics and safety standards an advantageThorough knowledge of automation principles and proceduresAmbitious, confident and professional individuals with strong communication and organizational skillsExceptional problem-solving skillsWhat's On OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Health insurancePension schemeFull training and professional development
