Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain employee files, ensuring full compliance with legal and company requirements
* Provide administrative support for HR functions, including employee records, policies, and documentation.
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.
* Assist in maintaining compliance with HR regulations and company procedures.
* Step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave.
What We're Looking For:
* 1 Year of experience in administration
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Strong communication skills
* Familiarity with payroll processes (an advantage) to step in to assist in the payroll office during periods of leave.
