Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
* Manage and train floor staff to maintain excellent service standards.
* Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams for smooth operation.
* Handle customer feedback and unexpected situations professionally.
* Supervise hygiene, safety, and staff performance in the restaurant.
Requirements:
* Proven restaurant management experience (minimum 3 years preferred).
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with Asian dining culture and service standards is a strong advantage.
* Mature mindset and solid management experience are highly valued.
* Must hold legal permission to work in Ireland.
