Chef De Partie Job Description
Our culinary team is seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.
* Responsible for managing inventory, food storage, and preparation while ensuring exceptional presentation and quality.
* Work closely with other chefs, the head chef, and management to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
* Coordinate menu planning, recipe creation, and purchasing to support our culinary vision.
* Maintain accurate records of HACCP and food safety compliance, adhering to approved standards.
* Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report maintenance issues promptly.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and coordinate departmental tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie in reputable restaurants or Indian cuisine settings.
* Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts.
* Strong communication skills and excellent self-presentation abilities.
* Capacity for creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
