Job title: Website & E-Commerce AdministratorMain purpose of job: The Website & E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for the ongoing management, maintenance, and improvement of Sundrelle's B2B website. The role ensures accurate product and content information, a strong user experience for trade customers, and well-coordinated updates. Working with internal teams and external developers, the role supports the website's operational and commercial performance while contributing to its overall look, feel, and presentation.Responsible to: Gordon Irwin, the Operations ManagerResponsible for: no direct reportsKey ResponsibilitiesUpload and update product listings, images, specifications, and pricingMonitor stock levels, including out-of-stock and pre-order itemsEnsure content is accurate, consistent, and aligns with brand guidelinesMaintain and refresh site visuals and promotional materialsFix broken links, outdated content, or other inconsistenciesContent Management and MaintenanceUpload and update product listings, images, specifications, and pricingMonitor stock levels, including out-of-stock and pre-order itemsEnsure content is accurate, consistent, and aligns with brand guidelinesFix broken links, outdated content, or other inconsistenciesAnalytics and Performance MonitoringDownload and review sales reports by customer and SKUMonitor website performance and trafficTrack key metrics such as order volumes and overall site performanceCustomer Support and TroubleshootingRespond to internal queries on website useInvestigate and resolve user issues, escalating technical problems when neededSupport trade customers as a first point of contactE-Commerce Process ManagementMonitor website orders and ensure smooth flow into backend systemsCoordinate with sales/admin teams to align online and offline activitySupport online promotions and product launchesCompliance and SecurityEnsure customer data protection in line with GDPRTraining and DocumentationMaintain internal guides and manuals for website useSupport team members in using the B2B platform effectivelyProject ManagementTrack timelines, action items, and deliverables for website improvementsRequired Skills and Experience-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and general computer literacy-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy-Fluent English speaker with effective written and verbal communication skills-Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently-Logical, practical problem-solving skills with a hands-on approachThe above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsPay: €30,102.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payApplication question(s):Do you have a strong attention to detail?Are you a Hands-On Problem Solver?Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SuiteLanguage:Fluent and written English (required)Work Location: In person
