Project Director – Dublin Office
At AECOM, we are recruiting a Project Director to join our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Project Management commissions, ensuring successful delivery.
Business development and work winning within the healthcare and education sectors.
Line management and mentorship of team members.
Contribute to delivery of project management team outputs, on time and to quality standards.
Manage the full project lifecycle: inception, business case development, design, procurement, site delivery, commissioning, and defects management.
Handle complex projects involving litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, and other specialized requirements.
Work independently with basic instruction, receiving technical guidance for unusual or complex problems.
Manage projects involving Risk Triggering Factors (RTF).
Sector Experience / Workload
Infrastructure and aviation.
Qualifications & Experience
BSc or MSc in Project Management or another construction or engineering‑related profession.
Professional qualification – preferably Chartered Project Manager status with the RICS, APM, CIOB, or an equivalent institution.
Experience working within healthcare and education markets.
