Your new role
You will lead and develop a customer care team to ensure consistent service delivery and effective handling of insurance enquiries. The position focuses on coaching, performance management, process improvement, and supporting the team with complex or escalated queries. You will work closely with insurers, underwriters, and internal departments to ensure accurate policy administration and regulatory compliance. The role also includes delivering reports, supporting onboarding and training, and driving engagement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
* APA qualified and working towards CIP
* Experience in customer service within an insurance broker or financial services setting
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong knowledge of motor, home, and van insurance
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
* Ability to coach teams and manage performance effectively
* High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
