We are looking for a chef/deli manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Food Preparation Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, managing stock, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness. Customer Interaction & Service: Interact with customers to understand their preferences, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive experience. Waste management: Managing food waste, portion control, stock rotation Menu Development: Collaborate with our team in creating innovative and seasonal menus that showcase the best of local flavours.
