Customer Service Representative – Dublin

The successful candidate will have a warm caring approach, be a proactive team player, and provide counseling telephonically or onsite for behavioural health and employee assistance services.
About the Role
The role is built around a caring supportive team of representatives with a desire to improve the wellbeing of our members. You will be responsible for providing counseling telephonically or onsite for behavioral health and employee assistance services. Includes assessment and triage, short‑term problem resolution, and referrals.
Primary Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact to inbound client EAP and behavioral support calls.
* Triage calls—carry out telephonic/chat intake then transfer to suitable support department.
* Return client calls in a timely manner.
* Log calls into the appropriate case management system.
* Perform various administration and support responsibilities (including monitoring email inboxes).
Required Qualifications
* Computer literate, experience working with MS 365 products.
* Works with others as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
* Call Center experience.
* Experience multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience working in an EAP environment.
* Bilingual capabilities would be advantageous.
Soft Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good time management skills.
* Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines.
