A HSE Manager is required to lead the development and implementation of effective health, safety, and environmental management systems across the facility in Meath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing and maintaining ISO standards to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
* Leading site incident management and risk assessment programmes
* Facilitating internal HSE audits and external certification processes
* Managing contractor safety and site induction processes
* Driving continuous improvement and leading monthly HSE governance meetings
* Coordinating behavioural safety, legal compliance, and waste management initiatives
* Providing regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within FMCG or packaging manufacturing
* A NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
* Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
* Experience managing ISO standards, compliance frameworks, and internal audits
