Realta Associates are proud to partner with a prestigious luxury retailer in Dublin City Centre to recruit two Customer Service professionals. These on-site roles offer the opportunity to represent one of Dublin's most respected luxury brands, blending front-of-house excellence with back-office organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Front of House: Greet customers with a polished, five-star approach. Process and hand over repair items, take payments, and ensure every interaction reflects luxury-level service.
Customer Care: Answer calls and emails promptly, manage the switchboard, resolve queries, and escalate complex issues where necessary.
Back Office: Keep service records immaculate, update customer accounts and repair progress, follow up on estimates, and make outbound calls for collections.
Team & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers about repairs and spare parts, and work closely with workshops and sales associates to deliver a seamless experience.
What We're Looking For:
Impeccable dress sense and a calm, mature, and collected demeanour.
Previous customer service experience (luxury, hospitality, or retail an advantage).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work a five-day week with occasional weekends.
