Job Description
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for leading and implementing change, with particular emphasis on adhering to HIQA standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and creativity in their work with staff and residents. They will possess excellent communication skills, with a high level of English proficiency.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care needs of residents, ensuring that their physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs are met in accordance with their individual requirements.
Additionally, you will provide support and supervision to care and nursing staff, including orientation of new staff, training, and development of care staff, as well as organizing and coordinating their duties.
