Key Responsibilities: Leading and motivating a logistics team, driving safety and high performance Optimising processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service Implementing digital tools and lean practices to drive continuous improvement Building strong relationships with operations, sales, finance, and haulage partners Supporting key projects, including ERP systems upgrades (SAP) Managing KPIs including safety, efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer service levels What we're looking for: Proven experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management (manufacturing or construction materials is ideal) Strong leadership and people-management skills Hands-on problem solver with excellent decision-making ability Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred) Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or WCM (advantageous but not essential) Customer-focused, results-driven, and committed to safety
