Industrial Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing and spray painting components in line with daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and spray paint components to required company and customer specifications Select correct paints and materials using part numbers and technical instructions Mix paints accurately, including viscosity checks, in line with specifications Operate spray painting equipment (e.g.
airless/HVLP systems) safely and efficiently Apply masking to protect non-painted areas where required Inspect parts prior to painting and report any defects to the Team Leader Monitor curing ovens to ensure correct temperature settings and record data Measure and record wet and dry film thickness Clean and maintain spray equipment and work areas to a high standard Transfer finished parts safely to the next stage of production Health, Safety & Quality Follow all company Health & Safety procedures at all times Use appropriate PPE, including respirators and protective clothing Handle paints, solvents, and chemicals safely in line with regulations Maintain a clean and organised work environment (5 S standards) Support quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives Skills: 12 years experience in industrial spray painting Experience with spray equipment-airless, HVLP etc Understanding of paints,primers&coating process Attention to detail&quality commitment Good communication & ability to work in a team Abiility to meet production targets Fluent in English Benefits: Parking Pension Fund Paid Holidays
