Injury Claims Handler Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Injury Claims Handler to join our Motor and Liability Claims Teams.
1. Negotiate settlements for complex injury and damage claims, ensuring early decision making and exploring all settlement opportunities throughout the claim lifecycle.
2. Develop positive relationships with colleagues and external partners, showcasing a professional and approachable demeanor.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum APA qualification (Personal and Commercial).
* Proven experience in Motor and/or Liability Claims Handling, with high learning agility and excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to settle complex claims effectively.
* Active listening skills and the ability to make real-time decisions based on changing information.
