Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, including opening, closing, cash controls, and operational standards
2. Lead, coach, and inspire a large retail team to consistently deliver excellent customer service
3. Drive sales, manage KPIs, and implement commercial strategies to maximise turnover and profitability
4. Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to ensure strong availability and minimal waste
5. Plan and manage staff rosters, recruitment, training, and ongoing performance management
6. Maintain exceptional store presentation standards, ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming environment
7. Monitor store performance and take decisive action to improve results
8. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
