What you'll do
* You will cover the area of Navan and
surroundings area but not much further.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets across Personal and Commercial insurance, including new business and renewals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third parties
* Manage larger policies and identify potential new customers for business development
* Operate in line with company standards
* Collaborate closely with local financial advisors to enhance customer service
* Continuously improve your sales skills, technical knowledge, and industry expertise
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in commercial, agricultural, or insurance sales
* Full APA (Commercial Insurance) and CIP qualifications preferred
* Strong commercial and insurance knowledge
* Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills
* Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet research, and e-learning

* Base salary: €50,000 + €14,000 OTE
