Business Development Executive


About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and deliver innovative insurance solutions.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise and build strong client relationships, driving sales growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance industry, excellent business development and market awareness, and a proven track record in sales.

You will be responsible for acquiring and growing a substantial portfolio of complex or high-yield accounts, developing compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses, and maintaining strong, professional relationships with insurers, prospects, and stakeholders.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Several years of experience within an insurance professional role, bringing a deep understanding of the industry, client needs, and sales strategies.
* Strong technical insurance competency, combined with a genuine eagerness to continuously develop skills and knowledge, stay ahead of industry trends, and deliver innovative solutions.
* Fully qualified CIP, working towards or fully qualified ACII.
* Excellent business development and market awareness, ethics aligned to the Marsh Greater Good philosophy, results-focused individual with the ability to deliver challenging targets.
