Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.About The RoleAnthropic is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordination Manager to build and manage a high-performing global team of Recruiting Coordinators focused on technical coordination excellence. You'll set clear goals for your team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while monitoring performance and addressing challenges.You'll help draft vision for recruiting coordination, anticipate longer-term needs, and make strategic tradeoffs that support Anthropic's mission of developing safe, beneficial AI.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & People ManagementBuild a cohesive team across multiple countries and time zones, hiring individuals with complementary skills that contribute to overall performancePartner closely with recruiting managers to manage team allocation, capacity planning, and evolving coordination needsManage day-to-day operations and load balancing of contingent worker team including work allocation, scheduling, and performanceProcess Management & Candidate ExperienceChampion a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycleEstablish and maintain documentation for recruiting coordination processes, ensuring consistency and knowledge sharingLeverage data to develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfactionEnsure we are using our tools and systems to their full potential and leverage AI capabilities to enhance the interview experienceStrategic Vision & AnalyticsDevelop vision for recruiting coordination in partnership with recruiting leadership and plan on quarterly timescalesGenerate and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and identify coordination-related trendsLead cross-functional projects related to recruiting operations, defining scope and deliverablesOwn relationship with scheduling and technical vendors, staying current on features and providing feedback to maximize tool potentialYou May Be a Good Fit If YouHave at least 5 years of demonstrated success managing a global team responsible for high volume scheduling, front-line communication and process optimizationHave designed and implemented scalable processes and workflows that grew with organizational needsExcel at setting clear and measurable goals while monitoring team performance and addressing challengesHave experience building sustainable interviewer and recruiting programs in a matrixed environmentHave experience leading through ambiguity, scaling processes while maintaining strategic focus and bias toward actionCan handle multiple problems simultaneously while prioritizing effectively in fast-paced environmentsDemonstrate exceptional communication skills with recruiters, candidates and the hiring teamHave experience with technical coordination complexities and multi-stakeholder schedulingStrong Candidates May Also HaveExperience with Greenhouse and ModernLoop platforms, including advanced reporting and analytics capabilitiesRecruiting or recruiting operations experience, particularly in technical or AI/ML environmentsExperience building dashboards and data analysis processes for multiple levels of stakeholdersBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePassion for AI safety and alignment with Anthropic's mission to develop safe, beneficial AI systemsThe expected base compensation for this position is below. Our total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, benefits, and may include incentive compensation.Annual Salary€ € EURLogisticsEducation requirements:We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Location-based hybrid policy:Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
