Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team in preparing tenders, coordinating material and subcontractor procurement, valuation of works, and financial reporting.

The Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in current and planned projects by providing expert advice on estimating costs associated with commercial fit-out projects. This includes preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs), detailing proposals that meet project requirements, conducting site inspections and meetings as required.
A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying is essential for this role along with at least 4 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or related field. Proficiency in IT software packages such as AutoCAD& Pro Estimating Suite would also be beneficial."
