Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our team on a multi-phase residential project in Cork. As a key member of our development and delivery team, you will be responsible for full cost management across all project stages from tender through to final account.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in quantity surveying with both developer and/or contractor background;
* Proven experience in residential/apartment projects is preferred;
* Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or equivalent;
This role would suit someone looking for stability, ownership, and the opportunity to grow towards Commercial Manager level as the pipeline expands.
The successful candidate will have excellent commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and be capable of working independently while leading procurement and subcontractor management.
The ideal candidate will also have strong communication skills to liaise with internal departments such as finance teams.
