The successful candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare quality or compliance, with a strong understanding of HIQA standards and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading quality assurance systems and audits across all homes;
">
2. Mentoring and supporting Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance;
">
3. Developing and implementing policies aligned with national standards;
">
4. Oversseeing safeguarding frameworks and risk management;
">
5. Delivering training and promoting a culture of learning and innovation;
">
6. Providing strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership;
">
">
We are looking for a candidate with:
">
">
* A registered nurse qualification with current NMBI registration;
">
* A postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or quality improvement;
">
* At least 35 years of experience in a healthcare quality or compliance role;
">
* Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and person-centred care;
">
* Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills;
">
* A full Irish driver's license and willingness to travel;
">
">
