Role Description
This part-time remote role involves managing and executing search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase the organization's online visibility and engagement. The Search Engine Marketing Specialist will conduct keyword research, create and optimize paid search campaigns, and analyze web analytics data to continuously improve campaign performance. Collaboration with the marketing team to align SEM strategies with broader digital marketing goals is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will prepare regular performance reports and stay updated on industry trends to ensure the highest efficiency of SEM efforts.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies.
* Experience in conducting Keyword Research and managing Paid Search Campaigns to meet specific goals.
* Strong skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to analyze and interpret data to optimize performance.
* Ability to work collaboratively in remote environments, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Prior experience with social justice or non-profit organizations is a plus.
* Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) practices is desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
