Job Title: Senior Facilities Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilities engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with campus lead technician and onsite teams to ensure planned reactive and preventative tasks are completed safely and within SLAs.
* Oversee site technicians and planning schedule to ensure all planned maintenance and reactive tasks are undertaken to all building plant, equipment, and systems to meet or exceed the account services level agreements.
* Update service records as required by operational, regulatory, and statutory practice within logbooks and in CAFM system.
* Adhere to maintenance management system in all engineering practices, including planned and reactive tasks, to meet and exceed agreed service level agreements in line with Master Service Agreement.
* Provide technical support for projects and assist with project delivery for both JLL and client work.
The successful candidate will be able to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service-focused approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Direct facilities maintenance experience (minimum 5 years) in a technical role.
* Appointed person qualification.
* Technical qualification and/or trade license.
* Experience using a computerized maintenance management system for managing preventative planned maintenance.
