Description Responsible for the execution of risk management activities within Service Experience in collaboration with the Risk and Compliance Business Partner (RCPE).
Conduct end to end Issue Management in accordance with policy including identification, documentation, and remediation oversight and validation Create and maintain risk and control inventories including Capabilities, Products, Processes, Legal Entity, Risks, and Controls Identify control gaps and remediate risks for all new regulatory and product changes across Service Experience Provide guidance to First Line on the execution of Process Assurance Monitoring and analyze results for risks to the business Drive execution of incident, complaint, and ARCP remediation Accountable for review and approval of Business Continuity Plans Maintenance of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) tool data for areas of responsibility Review and derive insights from key risk metrics for their business area, interpreting the data.
