Overall Job Purpose
The
Privacy Data Analyst
is responsible for enforcing policies for our clients' products by analyzing requests under European Law Legislations from lawyers and private individuals.
This involves reviewing and processing privacy requests and handling users' privacy requests across different workflows, following client guidelines to make sound decisions.
The role requires a thirst for knowledge, impeccable judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Fluency in written and spoken
Italian
and English is essential
Motivated by working in environments requiring strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exercise impeccable judgment
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with complex requests
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
Good computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new tools
A. or B.S. degree / master's or equivalent professional experience in online operations, privacy, or legal support roles is desirable

and other markets using translation tools
Evaluate request validity according to client policies
Stay updated on policies and protocols with training support
Collaborate with client policy specialists on cases and inquiries

Meet weekly productivity targets
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency
Develop skills in data, tools, and quality assessment
