The company is looking for a Regional Technical Manager to provide technical and management support in Ireland and North Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the territory assigned, evaluating existing service partners, and identifying areas where more service support is required.

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide technical training to Service partners, service agents, and non-certified service companies.
* To conduct annual assessments for service partners in the assigned territory according to the service plan.
* To collaborate in the review of customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback when required.
* To analyse and resolve escalated technical issues or complaints from the technical helpdesk.
* To carry out customer visits for troubleshooting and undertake tandem visits with service partners.
* To support and coordinate the install and commission of units for National Exhibitions.
* To provide spare parts support for Spares Partners/Engineers/End-users/Dealers.
* To analyse tasks related to units with multiple visits and provide feedback.
* To be available to support service partners and customers when required after regular hours.
Requirements:
* A strong technical background.
* The ability to learn new technical information and understand electric wiring diagrams and the basics of a gas system.
