Main purpose of position:
To manage within the Store efficiently, effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction at all times with the highest standards of service and products.
* Previous Supervisory Experience
* Fresh Food Experience and Knowledge
* To Ensure Housekeeping in the Store is Maintained at an Optimum Level
* Operational Knowledge of Retail Environment
* An Understanding of Consumer Needs
* An Understanding of Retail Legislation, Health and Safety and HACCP
