Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Construction Site Manager located in Dublin.
The Construction Site Manager will be helping the Senior Site Manager overseeing daily operations on construction sites, managing workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with other professionals such as architects and engineers.
Additionally, the manager will be tasked with planning project stages, implementing cost control measures, and monitoring budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Experience in Construction Site Management
Experience in dealing with Design Teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
Relevant certifications and a degree in Construction Management or related field
Experience in the heritage, education, or medical sectors is highly desirable
