Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the delivery of our Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing strategy.
* Develop and implement proactive Health and Safety initiatives to ensure compliance with Irish health and safety legislation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve Environmental, Health & Safety programs.
* Evaluate and maintain adherence to all relevant regulations, internal standards, and industry best practices.
This role fosters a strong safety culture across the site, requiring:
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure full compliance with Irish and EU EHS regulations, Intel standards, and ISO requirements.
* Program Development: Design and manage site-specific EHS programs (e.g., working at heights, confined spaces, chemical safety).
* Training and Communication: Deliver EHS inductions and ongoing training for contractors and staff members.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report EHS metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with construction teams, contractors, and global EHS networks.
