Manage complex calendars, including cross-time-zone scheduling in the EMEA region and with U.S. (L.A. and N.Y.) Being the main point of contact in EMEA for the EA Global team Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally Prepare all EMEA meeting agendas and capture clear, actionable notes Coordinate regional and international travel, including visas Oversee expense management and budget tracking Partner cross-functionally to streamline priorities and communications Lead project coordination and support special initiatives Support team culture, events, and logistics in a distributed environment Act as the primary contact for local employees in the Dublin (or London) office, managing office supplies, special accommodation requests, and office occupancy planning, signing for deliveries/parcels. Operations to address building maintenance or office needs, and coordinate with external vendors. Coordinating with MG IT rep for employee IT and computer needs. Be the backup of the MG IT for local intervention or IT support. 5+ years' experience supporting senior executives with an EMEA regional scope for a Global Brand, preferably in the direct to consumer tech industry Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills Discreet, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities independently You have proven experience in office management, and are comfortable acting as the first point of contact for office-related inquiries. Proficiency in Google Workspace (or equivalent tools) and Workday, Slack, Docusign (or equivalent administrative and internal communication tools). Proficiency in English (a second european language between French, German, Italian and/or Spanish is a plus)
