Senior Service Advisor
who's passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do:
• Be the main point of contact for customers needing vehicle servicing or repairs
• Coordinate between workshop, parts, and customers to ensure smooth operations
• Provide clear, accurate service estimates and updates
• Maintain high standards in customer care, documentation, and warranty processes
What You'll Bring:
• 2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor (motor industry essential)
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Drive / Kerridge and Auto VHC (a plus)
• Full, clean driving licence
