Your Team
You will be an integral part of the Team closely working with both Service and Parts personnel and directly reporting to the Counter Manger.
Responsibilities
Service and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacture instructions and guidelines
Ability to diagnose, test and repair faults
Follow company guidance on all health and safety matters
Support the development of apprentices through on-the-job coaching
Work closely with the Service and Parts department to communicate additional parts, vehicle repair status etc.
Perform vehicle health checks in line with guidelines
Participate in Training Programmes
Technical write-ups for retail and warranty work
Skills and Experience
Qualified Technician with 2+ years' experience
Engine building experience is desirable but not essential
Exposure to EV/Hybrid vehicles is an advantage
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Qualifications & Requirements
National apprentice qualification or equivalent
Full, valid, clean driving licence
Knowledge and awareness of workshop health and safety practices
