Job Title:
Trades and Labour Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment of Trades Personnel
* Ensure all Trades possess required skillsets and training
* Communication with Site Managers on a daily basis
* Weekly communication with Finance and Payrolls teams
* Liaise with HR team to ensure correct contracts are in place
The ideal candidate will have 10 years experience in liaising with M&E Trades, excellent communication skills, and experience of coordinating disciplinary procedures.
