National Account Manager – Distributor & Key Accounts

Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for a National Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Ireland. You will be the commercial owner of the P&L, managing relationships with customers such as Aramark, Burger King, Supermac’s, Wendy’s and our local distributor, and guide the business on opportunity identification and customer support.
What You’ll Do
Account Management of our Distributor and Key Accounts across QSR, Contract catering, Casual Dining and Manufacturing customers on a day‑to‑day basis, acting as the main business interface and owning internal stakeholder relationships.
Full P&L ownership.
Negotiating contracts from planning to execution.
Profitably growing the business through new customers, listing innovation, ESG initiatives and branded activations.
Forecasting and performance reviews internally and externally.
Working cross‑functionally with Culinary and Marketing teams to create best‑in‑class selling materials.
New Business Development and Project Management.
What You’ll Need
4+ years of account management or other commercial management experience.
Strong customer relationship management skills; ability to sell commercial propositions and negotiate.
Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner, tackling entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying complex issues.
