Bookkeeper (Admin Assistant)We are hiring a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support a US-based business with day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly close activities, and light operational support. This role is ideal for someone reliable, process-driven, and comfortable juggling accounting and admin tasks in a remote environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain accurate records using XeroHandle Accounts Receivable & Accounts PayableAssist with monthly close activitiesManage and update spreadsheets (tracking, reconciliations, reporting)Provide admin support (hotel and flight bookings, basic coordination tasks)Assist with customer experience tickets and follow-upsSupport basic CRM tasks in HubSpot (updating records, notes, pipelines)Candidate Requirements:At least 2 years of experience working as a Bookkeeper with US clientsHands-on experience with Xero and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)Proven experience with AR/AP and month-end closeComfortable handling admin and operational tasks alongside bookkeepingSome working knowledge of HubSpotStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processesReliable home setup and ability to work consistently during US business hours
