Join to apply for the Data Entry Clerk - FTC role at Keelings. Role on site in St. Margarets. Asset Register Data Entry to support the data capture and collation in production and facilities environments. This is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry of asset information to CMMS system.
* Liaising with operational/Engineering & facilities teams to ensure correct information is available.
* Escalating problems to supervisor where data is missing or incorrect.
* General computer and office duties.
What You’ll Need
* Methodical with an excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive communicator in the use of email and phone.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, proactive and responsible.
* Fluent English both written and spoken essential.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
