Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy branch, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth through effective management of premium skincare ranges, fragrances, and OTC products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth, focusing on promotions, merchandise displays, and cash management duties.
* Cash Management: Ensure accurate handling and reconciliation of cash transactions, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
* Merchandising & Marketing: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain visually appealing store displays, promote new products, and support in-store events.
* Team Support: Offer guidance and assistance to colleagues as needed, fostering a positive team dynamic and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:

* Retail Experience: Bring a minimum of two years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury cosmetic brands.
